[b]I made my first purchase from Goboo.com in early 2021 when I bought a Redmi Note 10 Pro. It was the only site with Aliexpress that sold this phone with European stock and they had a lower price offer than Aliexpress. So I ordered this phone and received it a few days later, so the phone had actually been shipped from a European country (Spain in this case). So I didn't have to pay any extra.[b][b]As I was satisfied with my first experience and Goboo also had an offer for the Redmi Note 10, I bought a second phone. The day after I placed my order, I received an email from Goboo telling me that I had forgotten to use a promo code that was available on their site. They offered me to cancel my order and to do it again with the promo code. I was very (positively) surprised by the initiative because if I didn't see the promo code it's my fault and Goboo didn't have much interest in giving me this promo code. I really appreciated this kind of approach.[b][b]I have subsequently ordered other phones (Xiaomi and Poco) from Goboo.com and have each time received the phone within about 4-5 days and never had to pay any extra.[b][b]I needed an invoice for one of the phones I had purchased so I contacted customer service to get one. Obviously paperwork is not their thing but after a few email exchanges I got the invoice I requested.[b][b]So I have a very positive experience with Goboo even if the site is not yet at the level of an e-commerce site like Amazon. The site is particularly slow (although it seems to be hosted in Europe) and the translations are not always very good, there are mixtures of English, Spanish and other languages. It's still a fairly young site and it still needs to evolve but with a little patience you can make a purchase without problems.[b][b]

So far the reviews are generally positive, I haven't really seen any angry customers expressing themselves on all the forums yet.
